We currently have classes 5 days a week.
At the Tempe YMCA
Tuesday Thursday:
 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm    (Intermediate / Advanced)
7:00 pm-8:00 pm       (Beginners)
Saturday Morning 8:30-10:00 am 
    (warm up and free training 7:30-8:30)
